Our refined and inventive bistronomic cuisine is based on local produce, between land and sea, with an emphasis on short circuits and local producers.
Our experienced Chef William LANGLET has a starred palate, which he and his team will share with you to get your taste buds in a frenzy. All you have to do is enjoy your meal in our superb restaurant facing the sea in Plérin.
We regularly organize events around taste and flavor.
Other major assets of our restaurant: fresh produce, home cooking and, wherever possible, local products.

The hotel restaurant
Breakfast times
The hotel's buffet breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. It offers a wide choice of fresh local produce, both sweet and savory.
The restaurant at the Hôtel du Manoir in Plérin is open, by reservation, from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 9pm.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, Mondays, Tuesday evenings and Wednesday evenings from October to the end of May, but our Chef offers a varied choice of takeaway dishes for hotel residents.
- Dinner: bay menu (for 1⁄2 boarders),
- A formula for stopover evenings,
- Hotel room service in suites only: Until 9pm,
- Picnic baskets on reservation until 8pm the day before,
- On Sunday lunchtimes, we offer a “Vrai brunch” from 11:30 a.m., as well as the private use of the Roselier room, with its sea view, for family events. h
Pets are not allowed.
The bar of the Manoir in Plérin
Bar or lounge area
Open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., our head bartender offers a menu of cocktails or more classic drinks, which you can sip at the hotel bar.
Coming soon, William's kiosk will offer tapas, grilled meats and seasonal regional culinary products, to be enjoyed on the terrace.
Occasionally, musical aperitifs or piano-bar events are offered, without disturbing the peace and quiet of the place.
Whether you're staying at the hotel or not, we offer the following services upon reservation :
- A gourmet break/snack, just before or during the aperitif,
- A snack in a “Co-working” area, a private space for one-on-one meetings,
- Afterwork, aperitif with a special event (local producer: oysters, honey, ... tasting).
